Note: Users with Administrator permissions also have the ability to enable Multi Factor Authentication for team members as needed. The login process for users that require MFA is different. See How to Enable and Set Up Multi Factor Authentication for a Team Member for more information.
To log in to Sensei Cloud:
- From the login window, confirm that you are in the correct mode of Sensei Cloud: Non-Enterprise or Enterprise.
Note: The Sensei Cloud Enterprise Management feature is available to larger, multi-practice dental service organizations (DSOs) that want to centralize reporting and management workflows across practices. Enterprise users have dedicated links to access both Enterprise and Non-Enterprise tenants. For more information about Sensei Cloud Enterprise Management, contact your Carestream Dental representative. - If you are not at the correct link and in the intended mode, click Switch to Enterprise Mode or Switch to Non-Enterprise Mode next to Wrong Mode? to change the mode of Sensei Cloud you want to work in.
Note: If you try to log in to Enterprise mode and you do not have access, a message is displayed: -
Select a user from the list.
Note:
-- If your username is not present in the list, click Continue to Login. You can then manually type in your username, and then click Sign In.
-- If you selected a user from the existing list, you are automatically signed in.
