Practice settings are configured from the Administration tab. You must have user permission for this tab and the related functions.
When enabled, practice notifications automatically generate email-based notifications when electronic claims require attention, and in-application reminders when eServices reports or bulk statements are available.
To enable practice notifications:
- From the Administration tab, select Practice Settings > Notifications. The Practice Notifications window is displayed.
Note: Practice-level settings apply to all locations. - Under Actions, click Edit Practice Notifications.
- Use the Enable and Disable buttons to set your preferences for Email Notifications and In-App Notifications.
- Click Save.
