How to Use the All-Locations Tab for Multi-Location Practices

Sensei Cloud provides a way for multi-location practices to view and manage practice data for several or all locations at once.

To use the All-Locations tab:

1. From the Location tab, click + to access the Locations menu.
   
2. Select All Locations. The All Locations tab is displayed alongside the other open tabs.
   
3. From the Home view, you can view and access key performance indicators for all the practice locations combined: Accounts Receivable, Financial Activity, Recare Stats, Treatment Overview, and US Insurance Claim Stats. Click the links in each section to access the work lists and functionality.

Schedule Workflows for All Locations

• When viewing the Schedule/Day View from All Locations, you must select an individual location.
  
• When working with the Confirmation, Recare, Pending, or Treatment Plan lists, you can work with all locations or use the filter to select one or more locations. 

Springboard: All Locations

An All Locations filter has been added to Springboard.

From the User menu, select Dashboard, then Springboard.

Use the Gear icon to select filters for the display.
