Appointments which need completing for a previous date do not show the Complete option on the appointment pop-out screen.
To complete an appointment for a previous date:
- From the Location tab, select Schedule (US) or Diary (UK). The Schedule Day View or Diary Day View is displayed.
- Navigate to the date, and then click the appointment. The appointment pop-out window is displayed.
Note: You can also access the appointment from the Patient Home. Navigate to the Appointments section of the home page and click on an appointment to display further details. Click Appointment Details to edit the appointment status.
- Click the Pencil icon in the upper-right. The Appointment Details window is displayed.
- Select Completed in the Appointment Details window.
- Click Update Appointment.
