If Recare processing fails:
- From the Location tab, click Appt Worklists > Recare List.
- Apply Filters, if necessary, to re-display the Recare List with the desired criteria.
- At the top of the list, click the box beside the word Patient to Select All patients in the list or click the box to the left of the patient’s name to select a Single patient.
- From Recare Reminders, select Print Letters or Send Emails.
If the software stalls, make sure you do not have missing or invalid Recare correspondence in Administration > Recare Settings.
