How to Find a Patient’s Recare Contact History

From the Patient tab, click Home.  The Notes & Contact History section is located in the lower-right of the window.

From the Location tab, select Appt Worklists > Recare List.  The Last Contact and Latest Note fields are located to the right of the window.
