Electronic claims (eClaims) with a status of Queued are transmitted automatically by Sensei Cloud at regular intervals every day. For these claims, no additional interaction is needed.

Claims with a status other than Queued (such as Printed, Needs info, Awaiting Attachments, etc.) do not transmit with the batch.
For example:
- If a claim was posted with a procedure code that demands an attachment, it goes to Awaiting Attachments status. Once the attachments are added, the status changes to Awaiting Attachment Confirmation.
- The Needs Info status is displayed when required information is missing for a claim. You can select the Edit Addl Info button and update the required information and then click Save Changes & Submit. Note: If nothing needs to be added, just select Save Changes & Submit.
- A Printed status indicates a claim was printed for the purpose of manual submission.
Once the updated claim is picked up by the transmission process, the status is changed to Submitted.
Note: You may notice a delay in the status change as the process occurs.
