The default contact method for a patient in Sensei Cloud is set to Mobile.
To edit the contact method:
- From the Patient Record, click Edit Patient Record.
- Under Contact Information, click Add Phone Number.
- Select the new method for contact from the list
- After entering the contact info, click on the star to set this telephone number as the preferred method. The star will change from grey to green.
- To remove a contact method, click on the X at the end of the field.
- Click Save Patient.
