During the Check-Out process, Post Procedures must be selected and completed for the procedures associated with the appointment to show on the patient ledger.
To post procedures associated with the patient's appointment that were not posted during check-out:
- From the Patient tab, select Financials > Ledger.
- Under Actions, select Post Completed Work.
- Select one or more of the procedures.
- Click Post Procedures.
Note: You can also select procedures and click Uncomplete Procedures to remove any procedures that were not completed during the appointment.
