To add an image to a Correspondence Template:
- From the User menu, Select Administration.
- From the Administration tab, select Templates > Correspondence Templates.
- Under Actions, select the Template from the list or create a new template.
- For an existing Template, select the template and click Edit Selected Template.
- Click in the area of the template where the image should appear.
- Select the Image icon.
- Select File Upload or URL.
- After the file uploads, click Add.
Tip: When an image is inserted into the template, hover over the image, and you can select L, C, or R to align the image left, center, or right.
- Click Save Template.
