How to Use the Eye Icon in the Hard Tissue Chart or Dental Chart

Once a condition or disease is added to the Hard Tissue Chart (US) or Dental Chart (UK), click the Eye  icon next to a date to display the Hard Tissue Chart/Dental Chart for the patient's conditions or diseases as of that date.

Click the Down Arrow icon beside a date to display the notes entered about the patient's conditions and diseases as of that date.
