The Confirmation List enables you to view appointments which have not been confirmed.
To view the Confirmation List for the Schedule:
- From the Location tab, click Schedule > Confirmation List.
- Use the Filters to refine the Confirmation List display.
- Click an appointment to expand the details.
- From here you can select Confirm, Reschedule, Cancel Appt., or Add Note.
Note: If you have SMS Reminders set up for your practice, you can send a reminder from here or view a list of reminders sent to the patient.
