To edit a Correspondence Template:
- From the User menu, select Administration.
- Select the Location, if needed.
- Click Correspondence Templates.
- Under Actions, select the Template from the list.
- Click Edit Selected Template.
- Make edits.
- Click Save Template
To copy a Correspondence Template:
- From the User menu, select Administration.
- Select the Location, if needed.
- Select Templates > Correspondence Templates.
- Under Actions, select the Template from the list.
- Click Copy Selected Template.
- In the Template Name field, assign a unique name.
- Click Save Template.
To delete a Correspondence Template:
- From the User menu, select Administration.
- Select the Location, if needed.
- Select Templates > Correspondence Templates.
- Under Actions, select the Template from the list.
- Click Delete Selected Template.
- Click Yes.
