All Days
To select chairs to display in the Schedule for all days:
- From the Administration tab, click Schedule.
- Select Schedule Settings.
- Under Actions, click Edit Schedule Settings.
- Click Add Chair and give each chair a unique name.
Note: Chairs can be reordered by clicking and dragging the Move icon. - To stop viewing a chair in the schedule, select Inactive.
- Click Save.
Specific Days
To select chairs to display in the Schedule for a specific day:
Note: These settings are User Specific, not Universal.
- From the Location tab, click Schedule > Day/Week View.
- Navigate to the day in the Schedule.
- Under Actions, click the Gear icon beside Manage Schedule View.
- Click Select Chairs.
- Select the Chair name to add to this day's schedule.
- Remove the Checkmark beside the Chair name to remove from this day's schedule.
Note: You can select Auto hide closed chairs to remove a chair from the display when no provider is working from it that day. - Click Save.
