To update an appointment status:
- From the Schedule (US) or Diary (UK), click on an Appointment. The Appointment Details window is displayed.
- Select Confirm/Check In/Seat/Complete.
Note: You can also cancel or reschedule the appointment from this window. - Select X to close the Appointment Details.
Note: You can also edit an appointment status by clicking on the appointment tile and then clicking the Edit (pencil) icon. The Appointment window is displayed. Under Appointment Info, select Scheduled/Checked In/ Seated/Completed/Cancelled, and then click Update Appointment.
Changes in the Appointment Status are shown as:
Confirmed: Dark blue triangle in the upper-right of the appointment.
Checked In: Dark blue bar on the right side.
Seated: Entire appointment is dark blue.
Completed: Entire appointment is grey.
