To view appointment conflicts for a provider:
- From the User menu, select Administration.
- Select Scheduler > Provider Schedule Planning. The schedule for the selected provider is displayed.
- Use the for drop-down list in the upper-left to select a different provider and the at drop-down list to change the selected location.
Days with appointment conflicts display a red triangle in the upper-right of the day on the schedule. If you hold the cursor over the day, a tooltip provides additional information about the conflicts.
