New Features, Fixes, and Enhancements
This release provides the following enhancements to Sensei Cloud:
Provider Summary Report
Delivering on the top UserVoice request for reports, practices that distribute funds to Providers can now access the Provider Summary Report by selecting Location (or All Locations) > Financials > Provider Summary.
For each selected provider, this report generates a month-by-month breakdown of Charges, Patient Payments, Insurance Payments, Patient Adjustments, and Insurance Adjustments (Contracted Insurance write-offs).
Provider-based credits (payments, write-offs, and discounts) are based on distributions to the provider, either directly to the provider or to services (charges) associated with the provider.
Payments and insurance write-offs associated with a provider are based on distributions assigned to the provider.
- Group the results by Providers or Locations, depending on your preference.
- Use the filters to refine the report by Date Range, Locations, and/or Providers.
- Select whether to use the Acceptance (service) Date or Transaction Date.
- Choose whether to hide or include providers that are inactive or have no data.
- When you have assembled the desired data set, you can Print or Export the current view.
Note: Month-by-month accounting is based on service / acceptance or transaction date (based on reporting setting), not the distribution date(s).
Note: For customers migrating from WinOMS, this report correlates with the WinOMS Transaction Summary report.
Note: Provider distribution is enabled from: Administration > Practice Settings > Financial Rules > Credit Distribution Rules.

Printing from the Ledger (Multi-Location Practices)
The Print Billing Statement and Print Account History controls are now accessible from the Patient Ledger (Patient > Financials > Ledger) when the display is filtered to one or more locations in a multi-location practice. Previously, when the Ledger display was filtered to one or more locations, these options were disabled.
- Generated documents will include transactions and a calculated balance associated with the selected location(s) only.
- Location filtering still does NOT apply to Guarantor-based ledger views or associated documents (such as Statements and Account Histories).
Note: Included Claims Events and Comments (based on event-level setting) also appear in the filtered Ledger view and associated documents, regardless of the Location filter.

Defects and Small Enhancements
Nine additional items were addressed, including:
- Hygienists can now be assigned as the Plan Provider/Performer for a Treatment Plan.
(Treatment Plan > Manage Treatment Plan > Edit Treatment Plan Details > Plan Provider) - When the logged-in user does not have any associated Clinical Notes templates, all the practice's available templates are displayed.
- An issue was addressed in which certain updates to a Claim Record were not immediately reflected in the Claims Management worklist. (Location > Claims > Claims Management)
