Search for a claim from the Claims Management screen (Location or All Locations > Claims).
To find a claim:
- Type one of the following into the Search Claims field:
- Patient Last Name
- Patient Nickname
- Policy Holder (First or Last)
- CDT Code or Nomenclature
- Service Date
- Payer
- Sensei Cloud Claim Number
- Insurance / Subscriber / Member ID
- Group Number of the Insurance Plan
- Zip Code of the Insurance Plan
- Patient ID
- Chart ID
Important: You must type at least three characters to initiate the search process.
The list is automatically refined based on the search criteria entered.
- Use the filters to further refine the list.
Note: You can also search from an individual Patient tab by selecting Insurance > Claims Management.
