Sensei Cloud allows you to enable a setting to auto-complete treatment plans when all of the included procedures in the plan are completed.
When enabling auto-completion of treatment plans, you can choose whether to display a prompt to confirm if you want to complete the plan or to instead automatically mark the plan as Completed immediately upon procedure completion.
To edit the Treatment Plan Completion Settings for your practice:
- From the Administration tab, select Practice Settings > Treatment Plans.
- Click Edit Treatment Plan Settings. The settings become editable.
- Under Treatment Plan Completion Settings, select one of the Upon completion of all procedures options:
-- Do not auto-complete: The default option to keep the treatment plan status unchanged until it is manually completed by the user.
-- Prompt to complete: A prompt is displayed when all procedures are completed, allowing the user to decide whether to mark the plan as Completed.
-- Auto-complete: The treatment plan status is automatically updated to Completed when all procedures included in the plan are completed. - Click Save.
Note: The default setting is Do not auto-complete. When the treatment plan completion setting is changed, it applies going forward; any plans with all procedures already completed still need to be manually updated.
