This release delivers three enhancements from our top customer UserVoice requests!

Patient Snapshot: Important Dates

Both front office and clinical personnel will enjoy the addition of important Dates to the Patient Snapshot. Whenever you click the patient name to access the snapshot, relevant dates are available at a glance.

The most exciting addition is the patient's last imaging (Bitewing, Pano/FMX) dates! These dates are displayed on the Snapshot, as well as the Patient Home screen, the banner of the Clinical Chart (EMR), the Waiting Queue, and routing slips. 

Last Imaging Dates (BW, Pano/FMX)

Sensei Cloud displays dates for last Bitewing and Pano/FMX when the associated procedure codes are configured to reset the date when the code is applied. When these codes are configured, the "last" dates are presented in all the relevant locations.

To configure the procedure codes for this feature:

1. Select Administration > Procedures & Fees.
2. Use the Search field to locate the relevant procedure codes (bitewing, pano).
3. Select a code to display the Update Procedure window.
   
4. Select the appropriate Resets checkbox and click Update.

Report Generator:  Insurance Aged Receivables Report (US Only)

In response to requests from Oral Surgery practices, all US customers can now generate an Insurance Aged Receivables report based on total claim amounts, grouped by Insurance Payer. The report provides total (not estimated) claims amounts, including claims with an Open status. The aging is based on service date.
Note: For procedures with multiple dates, such as initial consultation and completion dates, the earliest date is used.

To generate an Insurance Aged Receivables report:

1. Select Location > Financials > Report Generator > Generate New Report.
2. For the Report Type, select Insurance Aged Receivables. The report variables are displayed.
3. Use the options to customize the information you want, and then click Generate Report.

Note: Results are grouped by Insurance Payer; however, multi-location practices can also group this report by Location from the All Locations tab.

Referral Enhancement: Outside Doctors

Quality patient care is a team effort. Sensei Cloud customers have been asking for a way to document additional doctors for their patients, and the Sensei Cloud team has been listening! You can now add more doctors to a patient's record (Patient Record > Patient Referrals). While the primary Referral Source functionality has not changed, an entry space was added to include additional Outside Doctors and add specialty information.

These providers are stored in the Referral Sources list for your practice, where you can track their referral counts and generate referral-based production reports.
