Integration with QuickBooks Online Recorded Class
Sensei Cloud allows you to view and manage the history of your transaction exports to QuickBooks® Online software.
The QuickBooks Transmission History list is accessible from All Locations or Location > Archives > Quickbooks Export History.
The QuickBooks Transmission History page includes details of each transmission, including:
- Location (if accessing from the All Locations tab)
- Date the day was closed
- Date the transactions were transmitted to QuickBooks
- The team member who performed the closure
- The transmission status
- The total transmitted amount (if the transmission has a Complete or In Progress status)
You can also filter the list by location (from the All Locations tab), Transmission Status (Pending, In Progress, Complete, Failed, or Unsent), Team Member, Closing Period, and Transmitted Period.
Click on a line item to view the details of the transmission. Available details include: the date of the first submission, total payment, total refund, included payment types and their amounts, last submitted on date, itemized by patient (YES or NO), processing time, and the total number of records.
From the expanded line item details, you also have the ability to send transmissions to QuickBooks that have an Unsent or Failed status.
To send a previously unsent or failed transmission to QuickBooks:
- From the All Locations or Location tab, select Archives > QuickBooks Export History.
- Select the appropriate transmission line item.
- Click Resubmit. A message is displayed that the transmission is sent for resubmission. An additional notification is displayed when the process is complete. The status of the transmission is updated to Complete as well.
