Product Enhancements and New Features:
Appointment Alerts to Avoid Duplicate Appointments
In response to customer requests, Sensei Cloud now displays a notification when you begin scheduling an appointment for a patient who already has a scheduled or pending appointment. This feature helps prevent users from creating or booking an appointment unnecessarily.
The notification displays at the top of the Appointment card. An alert icon is also displayed in the top right corner.
- Click the X to close the notification and reveal the existing Appointments information underneath.
- Expand the list to view details. Scheduled appointments are listed first, in chronological order, and pending appointments (unscheduled, cancelled, etc.) are listed underneath.
Note: The Treatment Plans section of the Appointment card now displays the number of unscheduled and pending procedures in the title bar, to alert you to items that are already defined for the patient and need to be scheduled.

Clinical Chart (EMR) Improvements
The EMR display has been updated to ensure that clinical information is more prominently displayed and easier to find.
Watches
When Watches are present, they are always displayed at the top of the patient's clinical history.
Treatment Plans
The Treatment Plan section is now one continuous list that displays all the individual procedures for a plan, as well as their current status. Whenever you add notes or update the plan/procedures, the section moves up on the EMR display to the most recent date that the information was updated.
Signatures on Correspondence
You can now include a provider's signature on letters and emails by selecting one of the new signature-based merge fields when using a correspondence template.
- The Preferred Provider signature field maps to the patient's Preferred Doctor (US) or Preferred Dentist (UK) specified in the Patient Record.
- The Last Appointment Provider signature field maps to the Doctor/Dentist or Hygienist assigned to the patient's most recent appointment.
To use this feature:
- Upload an image file (.jpg, .png) of the provider's signature to the Personal Information section of the Team Member Settings.
- Update the Correspondence Templates to include the Last Appointment Provider Signature and/or Preferred Provider Signature merge fields.
- Send correspondence using the updated template.

Report Generator Enhancements
The Report Generator (Location > Financials > Report Generator) has been updated with the following enhancements:
- The Group By selection field now contains a Provider option in addition to the Office Code option, for practices with multiple providers. The output includes posted production by provider.
- For practices with multiple locations, a Group By Location option enables you to generate totals for each location. This option is only available when generating a report from the All Locations tab.
- The Report Format field now contains the option to select Totals instead of Totals and Subtotals or Totals, Subtotals, and Details. The Totals option provides high-level reporting summary for each value of the Group By selection, such as the total production amount and procedure count for each provider.
- The Reporting Period calendar interface has been enhanced to improve the workflow of date/time period selection.
- Issues with table size have been corrected.

Charting on Bridges
In response to customer feedback, the charting of bridges in the Hard Tissue Chart / Dental Chart has been enhanced. Charting controls for surfaces are now available for abutments, making it easier to chart subsequent findings and treatments on the teeth included in the bridge.
