You can import 2D and 3D images into the Sensei Imaging software.
Importing 2D Images
To import 2D images into a patient's record:
- On the right toolbar, click Import. Further options are displayed.
- Select New Series or Current Series.
Note: New Series adds images to the image history; Current Series adds images to the selected series. - Use drag-and-drop or click the box to add a new instance.
Tip: You can select multiple images by holding the Ctrl key as you click the images to import them at the same time. - Click Import. A message is displayed. Close the Import window when finished, and the image populates in the image history.
Note: Alternatively, you can select the Layout, Modality, and Date, if other than the current date. This method enables importing one image at a time, but does not require placing them after they are in the image history.
Importing 3D Images
To Import 3D images into a patient’s record:
- From the Patient tab within Sensei Cloud, select Clinical > Images.
- Under Actions, select Acquire New Image. The Select Imaging Software to Use window is displayed.
- Select Sensei Imaging from the drop-down list, and then click Launch Imaging.
- Select Capture Images > Confirm Worklist Specification > Capture Images.
- From the Device window, select the CT Importer.
- Click Browse to the right of the path, select the folder that contains the 3D volume, and then click OK.
Note: When the progress bar disappears, the Import CTs window is displayed. The selected items display the information being imported; for example, 3D CBCT image set (653 frames). - Select OK. When the Importing window disappears, a confirmation message is displayed.
- Select OK. The Axial slice shows in the Preview window.
- Click Save & Go Back/Home.
- Click the X to close the XV Capture window.
