Capturing and Viewing Images with CS Imaging

This procedure is for customers using CS Imaging and the Sensei Imaging software. 

To capture images:

1. Select Patient > Clinical > Images. 
2. Under Actions, click Acquire New Image. You are prompted to select your imaging software.
   
3. Select CSI with Sensei Imaging, and then click Launch Imaging.
4. From the Image Acquisition toolbar, select an icon to access your equipment:
   • Intraoral—Acquire the image.
   • FMS—Select the Gear icon to select the format.
   • Extraoral images—Follow the manufacturer's instructions to capture an image.
5. Save the image.

Tip: CS Imaging software automatically defaults to auto save images; however periapical images should be saved to label them with the correct teeth numbers.
Note: DICOM transfers proceed automatically. The time of transfer depends on the image size.
