How to Access Additional Resources

For more information about Sensei Cloud, or to request a demo, visit https://gosensei.com/.

• Use the menu options to Explore Sensei Cloud and learn more about Patient Solutions, such as Patient Manager and Rx Manager.
• Access Support & Training options or submit your ideas for enhancements.

Resource Library

Use the Sensei Cloud Resource Library to access additional information such as current system requirements, archived release notes, configuration instructions, and "getting started" guides for integrations. You can download PDF files to your computer, or follow links to online content, depending on the type of information you need.

To access the Resource Library:

1. In your browser, go to https://gosensei.com/pages/resource-library. The Resources page is displayed.
2. In the list of products, select Sensei Cloud, and then select Support Documentation. The Sensei Cloud resources are displayed.
   
3. Select the link for the information you need.

Virtual Assistance

You can also access Cassidy, the Sensei Cloud Virtual Assistant, by clicking the link and then selecting the the purple Support bubble.

Note: You can access Cassidy from within the software by clicking the Support button under your User Name in the top right corner of the main window.
