Schedule Planning Calendar / Date Selector Enhancements

The Schedule Day View/Diary Day View calendar (date picker) has been updated to visually represent the Location Schedule Planning settings for open and closed days. This improves the speed with which you can identify and select a valid date to schedule an appointment. 

• White = open.
• Gray = closed.
• Blue circle = current date.
• Orange rectangle = selected, displayed date.
• Slash mark = past date.

You can select Administration > Scheduler/Diary > Location Schedule/Diary Planning > [select location] to designate the default schedule and define custom open/closed days for your practice. 

Note: Provider-specific hours applied through Provider Schedule Planning are not displayed on the date selector.
