By default, Sensei Mobile uses different credentials than the full Sensei Cloud program. The steps below will ensure that the Sensei Mobile application can still be accessed.
- From the Sensei Mobile login screen, click on Forgot Password.
- Enter the email address associated with your Sensei Cloud account.
- Click Get Security Code.
- Go to the Inbox for the email account provided above and click on the specified link.
- Enter the security code provided in the email.
- Specify your new password.
Once the new password has been set, logging in via the Sensei Mobile login screen should be successful.
