A patient completed a Recare appointment, but in the Patient Record, the Last Recare date field is blank.
Note: For Conversion clients, this field is completed during a data conversion to record the patient’s last recare date from the previous software. For Non-conversion clients, this field is used to manually enter a patient's Last Recare date.
To View a Patient’s Recare information:
- From the Patient Home tab, click Recare Status.
- Click the down arrow to expand the view.
