If the Carestream Dental Imaging Software (CSI/CSOI) is open, you must close it before acquiring or viewing patient images in Sensei Cloud.
To verify the path to the Imaging server located in Sensei Cloud:
1. Click the User name in the upper-right of the window.
2. Select Administration.
3. Click Imaging.
4. Under Actions, click Edit Imaging Settings.
5. Enter the Imaging Directory data path. This is the location where images are stored when acquired.
