What Are the Cancelled Appointment Types

These are the cancelled appointment types:

• Cancelled = Removes from appointment book to the Pending List
• Broken = Removes from appointment book to the Pending List
• Failed = Remains on Scheduler (tile appearance changes) and added to Pending List
• Deleted = Removes from system (not added to the Pending List)
